Refund Policy

All of our items are individually handcrafted in our Lago Luna Studio in Clarksville, Virginia. Each piece is unique with the potential to have minor variations from the images displayed on our site. This uniqueness is considered a positive attribute of arts and crafts items. 

As a small shop we are not able to maintain a deep inventory, therefore most items are made-to-order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production and shipment. We strive to ship as quickly as possible. Please remember that all of our products are individually hand-made.

For the reasons stated above, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you experience any problems with your order, then please reach out to us.
